Who is the Will 2 Click app for?

The app is for everyone who wants to manage their estate and gifts.



Is the App free to use?

The pandemic that has devastated our country has left hundreds of thousands of families struggling to deal with illness and loss of income. We at Will 2 Click want to help. We’ve made the Will 2 Click app free to download, use, and upload unlimited items. We’re in this together.



Is the App available for Android?

The Will 2 Click app will be available on the Google Play store in 2020



How does the Will 2 Click app work?

You can easily add new items to your account a few easy steps: See how it works here!



What items should I be adding to my account?

Whatever is important to you! Some ideas: jewelry, watches, photos, collectibles, trophies, furniture, art. Some items might be valuable, and some heirlooms are treasured by you and your family.



Is my data secure?

All data and databases are encrpyted. In addition, all media and images in your account are encrypted and only you can view your photos.



Your Beneficiaries

When I assign an item to a beneficiary, is it legally binding?

The Will 2 Click App is not a legal advice provider. Will 2 Click enables easy and clear estate allocation. Consult your Wills and Trusts attorney and/or Trust and Estate tax adviser



My items and/or beneficiaries are located out of the United States. Is that an issue?

The Will 2 Click App is for users and estate property located in the United States. The Will 2 Click App is not a legal advice provider. Consult your Wills and Trust attorney and/or Trust and Estate tax adviser



How can I add a beneficiary?

You can add a beneficiary when you add a new item. When adding a new item you can assign that item to a beneficiary by three options: - Selecting a beneficiary from your mobile device contact list - Selecting a beneficiary who has items previously assigned to them - Adding a new beneficiary



What happens if I delete a beneficiary?

Any item that has been previously assigned to this beneficiary will be considered Unallocated and will be listed in the Unallocated Items in the Dashboard



Can I see how much I've given to each of my beneficiaries?

Of course! Easily see how much you've assigned to your beneficiaries in value ($) and percentage.

How do I add my attorney’s name and email address?

You can add the attorney name and address in the Edit Account section



Why does the Will 2 Click app request permission to access my device’s Camera when I click the Add New Item button?

Apple Security requires that all applications request permission to access your Camera or other built-in mobile device features.



What if I decide not to grant the app permission to access my device's Camera?

You will not be able to access the Add New Item feature in the app and assign a new item to a beneficiary. You will also receive a message "Camera access is disabled. Please provide access from device settings”.



How can I change my permission if I previously did not grant the app permission to access the device’s camera?

If you previously denied the Will 2 Click app access to your camera and now want to grant the app access to your camera, you may do so by following these steps: Step 1: Go to your mobile device Settings, and scroll down to the list of applications. look for the Will 2 Click app icon. Step 2: After locating the Will 2 Click app, tap on the app icon. You will see the required permissions. You can enable or disable camera permissions for the application here. You can change the permissions at any time.



What happens if I decide not to grant the app permission to access the Contact list?

You will not be able to assign a new item to a beneficiary from your mobile device’s Contact list. However, you will be able to assign an item by assigning the item via the “Add New Beneficiary" tile or the “From Beneficiary List” tile.



How can I change my permission if I did not grant the app permission to access the device’s Contact list?

If you previously denied the Will 2 Click app access to your Contact list and now want to grant the app access, you may do so by following these steps: Step 1: Go to your mobile device Settings, and scroll down to the list of applications. look for the Will 2 Click app icon. Step 2: After locating the Will 2 Click app, tap on the app icon. You will see the required permissions. You can enable or disable contact list permissions for the application here. You can change the permissions at any time.



Why does the Will 2 Click app request permission to access my device’s photo gallery when adding a photo to a new beneficiary?

Apple Security requires that all applications request permission to access your photo gallery or other built-in mobile device features.

What happens if I don't know the value of an item or it has no value?

Estimate the value of the item or assign a value of $1​



What happens if I delete an item?

The item will be removed from the beneficiary
